Wednesday Already! That means Crafters Need Your help. Your hidden treasures, your baked goods, and your help. Set up today and tomorrow, and then helping people find their treasures on the Sale Days of Friday and Saturday. Remember - no clothing, no computers.
Sunday morning
First Sunday in June means, we are able to gather at the Lord's Table and find the treasure amidst the Bread and the Cup. Don't forget, we also have the opportunity to help others find a treasure in our ICAN food offering for UCO Food Pantry. Peanut Butter, can meats, mac & cheese, spaghetti and sauce, rice and beans, toilet paper, and any other staple item needed. Thanks for being so generous!
See you in your place of worship, as we commit to grow in our service to the world, in our study of God's Word, and to become mature disciples of Jesus Christ.
Sunday evening
The End of the Year Children's Ministry Pool Party. Contact Lindsay Perry at children@covenantum.org.
Don't forget to be praying for the Tornado Victims, who are probably now just beginning to sense their loss. Extra donations will be sent directly to the local United Methodist Church to handle.
This is the Official Blog of Covenant United Methodist Church. Here you find out what's going on week in and week out in our church community. Don't forget to put us in your RSS reader.

Crafters Thank You
The Crafters want to thank everyone involved in the success of our annual sale. To date, we have profited $3,085.70.
We appreciate everyone who helped by donating their treasures, those who helped set up and worked, those who baked and, of course, those who bought.
We would also like to thank Rev. Chris and Bro. Byron who gave us spiritual support by their presence and by their participating in the actual work. We want to thank Peggy for her smile and willingness to help (and buy!) and for Troy, who is called upon frequently and responds with cheer and goodwill. Thanks also to Joe Tidwell who provided lunch for the workers on Friday.
Sincerely,
The Crafters

Don't Forget - Big Weekend
Dear Covenant Family -
Today is the Last Day to bring your treasures into the Crafter's Rummage Sale. The Sale starts Friday and Saturday and we could use all hands on deck to help on Thursday pricing Then selling and selling and greeting and hanging out on Friday and Saturday. Come help the group who has helped the church for years. Bring your stuff no later then Thursday at noon so it can be priced and ready to sale on Friday morning.
Sunday - I Can Food Offering, Holy Communion, and come hear about Jesus our Judge.
Also, if you have extra back packs, or received one for donating blood, bring them and allow us to use them next Thanksgiving for holding the items we give the homeless. Bring them Sunday.
See you Sunday.
